- Office Administrator: 1 year (preferred)

- Front desk reception for phones, greeting visitors, couriers
- Project tracking and provide coordination assistance to the project managers
- Deal with written correspondence in a professional & polished manner
- Shipping, packing, assembly, and coordination of all outgoing/incoming packages
- Onsite inventory management and reporting
- Ordering supplies, copier management, internet and phone troubleshooting etc.
- Office coordination and organization
- Data entry
- General errands
